Michael Reif

Partner at Robins Kaplan

Michael Reif is a Partner and Principal at Robins Kaplan LLP, where since September 2008, a focus has been on leading litigation teams in addressing complex issues in insurance, data security and privacy, Indian law, and business for individual and corporate clients. In addition to legal practice, Michael serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School, teaching a simulation-based Law in Practice course to first-year law students. Michael has also contributed to the legal community as a Volunteer Lawyer with the VLN - Dignity Center since April 2013 and previously with the Phyllis Wheatley Community Lawyering Project from 2009 to 2011. Earlier experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States Federal Courts, and involvement with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps at St. Labre Indian School. Michael holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in History from Boston College.
