Paul Weller

Paul Weller is an experienced attorney currently serving as Of Counsel in the Health Care Litigation Group at Robins Kaplan LLP, a position held since October 2020. Previously, Paul was a Partner at the same firm. From May 2013 to March 2020, Paul worked at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as Executive Director and Senior Counsel, overseeing provider litigation and significant internal investigations. Prior to Aetna, Paul held the position of Chief of Litigation at Coventry Health Care, where responsibilities included managing all litigation matters across various business lines. Paul also has extensive experience as a Partner at Morgan Lewis, where trial work was a significant focus. Paul earned a Juris Doctorate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
