Jennifer Lacy

Jennifer Lacy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at Robins & Morton since September 2003. Currently serving as the Director of Building Forward® & Lean Practices, Jennifer oversees the implementation of lean approaches and coaches lean champions, while also fostering client relationships and supporting sales teams. Previous roles include Division Marketing Director and Marketing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed business development, branding, and strategic planning. Additionally, Jennifer has participated in various professional organizations, including serving on the board of the National Association of Minority Contractors and as a core team member for the Lean Construction Institute DFW Community of Practice. Educational credentials include a BBA in Operations & Human Resource Management from East Texas A&M University and a Teacher Certification in English from The University of Texas at Dallas.
