Benjamin Daniels

Benjamin Daniels is a partner at Robinson+Cole, specializing in litigation and dispute resolution for financial institutions and global corporations. With a strong background in complex legal matters, Benjamin previously served as counsel at Wiggin and Dana LLP, focusing on appellate and education law. Additionally, Benjamin held a position as a visiting clinical lecturer in law at Yale Law School, leading the Appellate Litigation Project. Early career experiences include clerkships for both the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, as well as serving as an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, representing major financial institutions. Benjamin holds a JD from Washington University in St. Louis, a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan, and a MS in Education from Mercy University.
