Catherine Duke is a seasoned management professional with over 15 years of experience in the legal field, currently serving as the Chief Talent Officer at Robinson+Cole since February 2020. Prior to this role, Catherine held the position of Legal Director in the Labor & Employment Law Department at Proskauer Rose LLP from September 1999 to January 2020. Catherine's career began as an attorney at Kostelanetz Ritholz Tigue & Fink and Dechert LLP. With expertise in strategic planning, talent and resource management, change management, client service, pricing, project management, and operations, Catherine has consistently demonstrated a proven track record of delivering results in competitive environments. Catherine earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
