Keith Mulholland

Keith Mulholland is a seasoned civil engineer with a robust background in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Robinson Engineering, Ltd. since September 2019, Keith has previously held key positions, including Engineering Manager at Aqua Illinois, Inc. from August 2015 to August 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing a capital budget of $15MM to $52MM across thirteen counties. Prior to this, Keith was a Senior Engineer at Robinson Engineering, Ltd. and a Project Manager at Tyson Engineering, Inc., managing various construction projects such as storm and sanitary sewer installations and road reconstruction. Keith's career commenced at the Illinois Department of Transportation as a Traffic Signals Systems Engineer, focusing on the design and maintenance of traffic signal systems. Keith holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University and an Associate's degree in Pre-Engineering from Kankakee Community College.
