Catherine Holdbrook-Smith

Dr. Catherine Holdbrook-Smith has held various key roles in Human Resources throughout their career. Catherine started as a Western Regional Employee Relations Representative at Hertz Corporation, moving on to positions at LISI AEROSPACE, SMG Worldwide Entertainment, AKEZ Human Resources Consulting, Magnetika, Inc., and currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Robinson Helicopter Company. With a focus on strategic HR initiatives, they have led efforts in employee relations, risk management, workforce planning, talent management, and diversity and inclusion program development.

Catherine Holdbrook-Smith, Ed.D. obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Leadership and Organizational Leadership from Norwich University. Catherine then went on to earn a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California in 2021.
