Ellis Wardle has a wealth of experience in the retail and hospitality industry. Currently working as a Retail Operations Manager at Robinsons Brewery, Ellis is responsible for 7 managed sites. Prior to this role, Ellis worked as a Retail Area Manager at JW Lees & Co Brewers Ltd, where they managed 16 pub/restaurants with a sales target of £17 Million and developed a new Gastro food concept. With previous experience as an Area Manager at Compass Group - ESS and Noble House, as well as a BDM at Punch Retail and a General Manager at Greenalls, Ellis has a strong background in leading and inspiring teams to achieve sales targets and profit growth.
