Rachel Trusdale Hassall

Rachel Trusdale Hassall has a diverse work experience in the brewery and licensed business sector. Rachel is currently the Head of Customer Operations at Robinsons Brewery since 2018. Before that, they founded a Business Support and Consultancy Service called Bespoke Consultancy & Business Services in 2015. In this role, they specialized in advisory, mediation, trading viability assessments, crisis management, and repossessions negotiations. Prior to that, Rachel worked as a Credit Control Manager at Marston's PLC, where they managed the credit control function and co-ordinated the Novation and Variation processes. Rachel also held several roles at Daniel Thwaites Pubs/Brewing, including Loans & Investments Manager, Commercial Manager, Customer Services & Telesales Manager, Assistant Customer Services Manager, and Sales Administrative Assistant. Rachel demonstrated skills in finance management, loan approvals, investment strategies, customer service, and sales administration.

Rachel Trusdale Hassall obtained a BA Hons - 1st in Business Studies from the University of Central Lancashire in 2007. Rachel then pursued a Graduate Diploma in Law - Commendation at the same university from 2009 to 2011.
