Alaa Elkattan

Alaa Elkattan is a technology expert with over 7 years of experience in the field. Alaa is currently the Director of Robiquity MENA at Robiquity, a leading provider of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

Previously, Elkattan served as the RPA Business Development Manager at Advansys ESC, where they established the company's RPA & AI business unit and built a strong partner ecosystem. Alaa also managed the business portfolio of the Robotic Process Automation business unit and developed and delivered the marketing strategy and the business development plans for the RPA.

Before joining Advansys ESC, Elkattan was the Co-Founder of Travopper, a travel startup that was acquired by Advansys ESC in January 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Products & Innovation Expert at Vodafone, where they were responsible for technology research and development.

Elkattan has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ain Shams University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo.

Alaa Elkattan first attended the University of Maryland College Park as a Course Attendant for Innovation for Entrepreneurs: From Idea to Marketplace. Later, they completed their BSc in Engineering - Computer & Systems from Ain Shams University. Lastly, they completed High School from Manara School - Nasr City.
