Hannu Rantanen

Hannu Rantanen is the Group Business Controller at Robit Plc since September 2025, having previously held various leadership roles at UPM - The Biofore Company from April 2007 to September 2025, including Manager Business Control, Controller, and Finance Manager, with a focus on high-quality accounting and reporting services. Rantanen also served as Financial Controller and Team Leader for UPM Paper Europe & North America, as well as Financial Controller for UPM Magazine Publishing & Advertising. Earlier experience includes roles as Business Analyst and Senior Specialist at UPM Global Functions and as an Accountant at Kesko from December 2003 to March 2007. Rantanen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Pirkanmaa University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1998 and 2002.
