Mette Wilgaard

Mette Wilgaard has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Mette worked as an HR and Communications Manager at Roblon A/S, starting in November 2018. Mette also served as an HR Chef at the same company from January 2017. Prior to that, they were involved in various roles at Nørresundby Gymnasium & HF, starting as a Bestyrelsesmedlem in May 2014 and eventually becoming the Bestyrelsesformand in June 2022. Mette also worked as an HR Chef at Arctic Group from January 2016 to January 2017, where they were responsible for HR and payroll processes and provided support for strategic competence development. Before that, they held the position of HR Chef at Royal Arctic Logistics A/S, where they managed HR and payroll processes for an organization with 180 employees. Mette was also the HR Ansvarlig at Arctic Container Operation A/S, responsible for building the HR function and ensuring consistent treatment of employees. Mette started their career as the Owner of Konsulent Mette Wilgaard, a consulting firm specializing in personal coaching, leadership support, and tailored seminars. Mette provided coaching programs for employees and leaders, as well as leadership development programs for executive teams.

Mette Wilgaard's education history is as follows:

- From 1993 to 1998, Mette Wilgaard attended Aalborg University, where they pursued a cand. phil degree in Communications.

- Prior to their university education, from 1990 to 1993, they attended Nørresundby Gymnasium and obtained a sproglig studentereksamen (general upper secondary school diploma) without a specific degree name.

- In 2014, Mette Wilgaard enrolled at Unique Consult and completed a program called "I spidsen for forandringer" (Leading Change).

- Also in 2014, they pursued studies in strategy and LEAN at Unique Consult.

- In 2013, Mette Wilgaard participated in DI's videregående HR uddannelse (advanced HR education) offered by DI.

- During the same year, they also engaged in a leadership development program conducted by Unique Consult.

- Mette Wilgaard studied HR Personalejura (personnel law) at DI in 2010.

- In 2009, they attended Økonomi & Personale to gain knowledge in arbejdsmiljøreglerne (working environment regulations) and ansættelsesretlige område, Det psykiske arbejdsmiljø (employment law area, the psychological working environment).

- Mette Wilgaard sought inspiration and renewal in the role of a consultant from 2005 onwards by participating in a program called "Konsulentrollen i systemisk perspektiv - inspiration og fornyelse" (The Consultant Role in a Systemic Perspective - Inspiration and Renewal) offered by DISPUK.

- In 1999, they obtained certification in DiSC through Discover.
