Chiwei Lee serves as the Director of the Roblox Innovation Studio, leading a multidisciplinary team to innovate at the crossroads of culture, technology, and business since June 2025. Prior to this role, Chiwei Lee was with Meta from September 2011 to June 2025, contributing as the Director of the Americas for Creative Shop and holding various leadership positions, including Group Lead for Technology & Entertainment and Head of Automotive, where Chiwei Lee played a pivotal role in transforming strategic partnerships in advertising and technology. Chiwei Lee began a career at Ford Motor Company from June 2000 to August 2011 as an Automotive Senior Designer, shaping vehicle programs and exploring new business avenues. Additionally, Chiwei Lee has experience as an Adjunct Professor at the College for Creative Studies, where involvement in the Automotive Design Graduate Program included curriculum development and graduate instruction. Chiwei Lee holds Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Michigan and Transportation Design from the College for Creative Studies.
