David B. is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology and entertainment industries. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Roblox since January 2022, David previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Google from January 2015 to January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as R+D Supervisor at Industrial Light & Magic for 15 years and working as a Software Engineer at Electronic Arts from 1993 to 1997. David holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University.
