Erica Snow

Erica Snow, PhD, currently serves as the Sr. Director of People Science and Analytics at Roblox, where responsibilities include overseeing early careers recruiting. With extensive experience in data science and analytics, Erica has held multiple leadership roles within Roblox since November 2020, while also contributing as an Advisory Board Member for Certifications at DataCamp and as an Adjunct Professor at American University's Kogod School of Business. Previously, Erica directed Learning Science and Data Science at Imbellus, managing teams of data and learning scientists and developing cognitive assessments. Erica's early career included significant positions at SRI International and Arizona State University, focusing on learning analytics, research publication, and the development of intelligent tutoring systems. Erica earned a PhD in Cognitive Science from Arizona State University, where further degrees include an MA in Cognitive Science and a BA in Psychology.
