Hayden Waisanen

Hayden Waisanen is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer with a robust background in identity and access management (IAM) and software development. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Roblox since November 2022, Hayden previously held the title of Senior Software Engineer in IAM at Netflix from September 2018 to November 2022. Prior to that, Hayden worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services, focusing on the frontend data plane API service for AWS Lambda. Additional experience includes roles at Amazon, IMVU, and various internships, where Hayden contributed to software engineering projects across different platforms, including mobile applications and customer retention features. Hayden earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from South Dakota Mines in 2013.
