Holly (Yihao) Wu is a Senior Executive & International Compensation Analyst at Roblox since September 2025, bringing extensive experience in human resources and compensation analysis from previous roles at Taboola as a People Analyst and Annaly Capital Management as a Human Capital Analyst. Prior to these positions, Holly contributed as a Compensation Analyst at Willis Towers Watson, focusing on Executive Long Term Incentives, and held various HR roles at Expert Institute, Visiting Nurse Service of New York, and Covenant House International. Holly began a career in research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Early Childhood Cognition Lab.
