With over 20 years of human resources and talent acquisition leadership experience, Jason has been recognized for his expertise in identifying, recruiting, and hiring high-performing teams. Before joining Roblox, Jason founded the Recruiters Network, an organization committed to advancing the talent acquisition profession through continuing education, professional development, recruiting conferences, and networking events. He also led global talent acquisition and workforce strategy at Pinterest, MongoDB, and New Relic. As a thought leader in talent acquisition, Jason has appeared in publications like the Huffington Post, Fast Company, Bloomberg, MarketWatch, and more.

Jason graduated from Northern State University.
