Nicole Grinstead

Nicole Grinstead is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in product and application security. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product and Application Security at Roblox since June 2022, Nicole oversees application, infrastructure, and data security teams. Prior roles include Manager of Corporate Security Engineering at Netflix, where leadership was provided over teams focused on corporate and user-focused security, as well as positions such as Corporate Identity Architect and Senior Software Engineer at Yahoo. Nicole's career began at CARFAX as a Software Engineer, following an internship while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
