Ujwal Kharel

Ujwal Kharel is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently working at Roblox since March 2021 in Economy Data Science, Ujwal previously held data scientist positions at Facebook, where significant contributions included the enhancement of the Oculus Quest User Interface and the Ads Experimentation Platform. Prior roles at Activision involved developing an experimental platform for in-game economies and analyzing player engagement. Earlier experiences include serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Economics at Aplia, a Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science, and a Doctoral Fellow at RAND Corporation, where a range of advanced analytical techniques were applied across various sectors to generate actionable insights.
