Yexi Jiang

Yexi Jiang is a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Meta AI Studio since January 2025, specializing in GenAI, personalization, and UAIGC. Currently, at Roblox since December 2020, Yexi focuses on engineering for the personalization suite, contributing to multiple ML initiatives that have successfully improved key business metrics. As a PMC Member and Committer at The Apache Software Foundation since 2013, Yexi has implemented distributed machine learning algorithms for Apache Hama. Previous experience includes serving as Tech Lead Manager for the Machine Learning Platform at Uber, leading efforts in autonomous vehicle use cases, and holding roles at Facebook as a Research Scientist, contributing to ML advancements in growth and content integrity. Yexi's early career includes research internships at IBM and Microsoft, supporting machine learning R&D. Academic accomplishments include a PhD in Computer Science from Florida International University and education from Sichuan University and Chengdu NO.7 High School.
