Sarah Glasser

Sarah Glasser is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people operations, currently serving in the People & Team department at Roboflow since November 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at Gretel.ai as the Talent & People Operations lead, focusing on synthetic data generation. At Google, from June 2018 to March 2022, Sarah excelled as a Recruiter IV and Staffing Business Partner, significantly increasing hiring rates and facilitating global recruitment efforts. Earlier experience includes roles at LaSalle Network, where Sarah launched an award-winning internship program, and Cheley Colorado Camps, among other positions in marketing and fundraising. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from the University of Colorado Boulder and participated in a study abroad program with Semester At Sea.
