Arpad Foldesi

Arpad Foldesi is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach and consultant, currently serving as a Partner at TAL Consulting since June 2019, while also working with Lufthansa Systems and contributing to agile transformations across multiple business units. As a co-founder and Head of Product Management at roboGaze, Arpad combines leadership with product development expertise. Previous roles include Head of Strategic Projects at Budapest Metropolitan University, Operations Manager at Zinemath Zrt, and Product Manager at NNG LLC, where Arpad implemented agile frameworks and managed process improvements. Arpad began a career in software engineering at Nokia, later advancing through project leadership and quality management roles at Siemens and Evosoft. Arpad holds a certificate in Project Management from Primas Consulting, Austria.
