Yong Xiao

Yong Xiao has worked in the engineering field since 2006. Yong started their career as an ORT engineer at MSI - Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. in 2006. In 2009, they joined Foxconn as a Reliability Test Team Leader. Yong was responsible for Server's Climate/Mechanical/HALT test and MTBF prediction in product development stage, as well as managing test projects, formulating test plans, and personnel arrangements. In 2013, they moved to Sugon as a Reliability Engineer, where they created reliability test specs and processes, and perfected the lab management system. In 2014, they joined Philips Health Systems as a Reliability Engineer, where they developed project reliability plans and arranged all reliability relevant activities for HV Generator product. In 2018, they joined Uisee Technology (Beijing) Ltd. as a Reliability Design Engineer. Finally, in 2019, they joined Roborock as a Hardware Test Manager.

Yong Xiao received a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Jishou University between 2002 and 2006. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Northeastern University (CN) between 2015 and 2017.
