Martin Girard

Martin Girard is currently the Director of Corporate Security & Integrity at Bell and leads teams responsible for managing various security programs including Investigations, Retail Loss Prevention, Fraud Control, Lawful Access and Executive Protection.

He is an active member of the Canadian Association of Chief of Police (CACP) as well as the Quebec Association of Chief of Police (ADPQ) for which he sat on the Board of Directors and co-chaired the standing committee linking private and public security actors for over 7 years. He is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) from which he holds the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner and the Council for Security Executives of The Conference Board of Canada.

Martin joined Bell 30 years ago and has held various positions within the Corporate Security Service for the past 25 years. He holds two degrees from College de Maisonneuve, including one in Police Technology. In pursuing his development, Martin also obtain a certificate from Georgetown University by completing the International Security Management Association (ISMA) leadership program, and a certificate from McGill University for completing the Executive Development Course.
