Darko Jovisic

Darko Jovisic has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Darko is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Robotiq.ai since January 2019. Prior to their current role, Darko worked at Span as a Technology Strategist from June 2017 to December 2018. In this role, they led cross-functional activities within the Software Solutions Services department and R&D, acted as a key contributor and facilitator to identify technological opportunities, and served as a trusted presales technical consultant for strategic deals. Before joining Span, Darko was a Dynamics CRM Architect at InfoCumulus from October 2011 to June 2017. Darko also held various roles at Microsoft, including Solution Sales Professional from April 2010 to October 2011 and Developer Evangelist from January 2007 to April 2010. Darko began their career as a Software Engineer at IN2 from November 2005 to January 2007, and they also had an internship as a Java Developer at CERN, where they worked on a large product data management system. Darko started their career as an ASP.NET Developer at BitArt Informatika from August 2004 to October 2004.

Darko Jovisic completed their education in a chronological fashion. Darko first attended the University of Split from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing. Following this, they pursued a PhD at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu from 2006 to 2011, specializing in IT Services Management.

In addition to their formal education, Darko Jovisic has obtained several certifications. These include certifications such as "Elasticsearch 6 and Elastic Stack - In Depth and Hands On" from Udemy in August 2018, "RPA Developer Foundation" from UiPath in May 2018, "RPA Foundation Diploma" from Softomotive in May 2018, "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization," "Structuring Machine Learning Projects," and "Neural Networks and Deep Learning," all from Coursera in 2018. Darko also received a "Machine Learning" certification from Coursera Course Certificates in July 2016.

Furthermore, Darko Jovisic holds industry-specific certifications, namely "TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect" from The Open Group in May 2013, "Microsoft Certified Trainer" from Microsoft in December 2011, "Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist for Dynamics CRM 2011" from Microsoft in November 2011, and "Microsoft Certified Solution Developer" from Microsoft in August 2006. Additionally, Darko Jovisic obtained a "Cisco Networking Academy" certification from Cisco in August 2005.
