Kousthubha Tharun Vempati

Kousthubha Tharun Vempati began their work experience as a Product Design Engineer at RoboVent in 2017, where they focused on new product development, providing fabrication drawings and engineering support. Kousthubha Tharun also supported the production line and worked on continuous improvement of the product. Prior to this, they worked as a Lab Consultant at the University of Cincinnati from 2015 to 2017, providing technical support and managing computer labs. Kousthubha Tharun also worked as a Mechanical Engineering co-op at BERCO Undercarriages Pvt. Ltd. in 2014, where they were responsible for monitoring production, creating assembly drawings, and implementing design experiments. Additionally, they gained experience as a Product Engineering Intern at Research Center Imarat (DRDO) in 2013, where they designed component replacements, evaluated product data, and assisted in refining manufacturing processes.

Kousthubha Tharun Vempati completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University from 2011 to 2015. Following that, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. In April 2020, they obtained certifications in Autodesk Inventor Professional: Stress Analysis Tools, Autodesk Inventor: Accelerating Design Using Standards, and Introduction to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing from LinkedIn. In October 2017, they obtained a certification in Assembly Modeling Advanced Features from Autodesk, and in June 2017, they obtained a certification in Inventor 2017 Cable and Harness Design, also from Autodesk.
