Jeroen Torrekens

Jeroen Torrekens has significant work experience in the field of IT and engineering. Jeroen started their career in 2006 as a Network Engineer at University Hospital Gent (UZGent) and then moved on to Openvstorage N.V. as a Linux System Engineer. Jeroen worked in this role for over 13 years. In 2019, Jeroen joined Cipal Schaubroeck as a DevOps Engineer, where they worked until 2020. Jeroen then joined Robovision as a DevOps Engineer, where they are currently employed. Additionally, Jeroen was involved in the establishment of Userbase VZW and currently plays a role in maintaining live systems for the organization.

From 2004 to 2006, Jeroen Torrekens attended the Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven' in Gent, where they earned a Professional Bachelor degree in Electronics with a specialization in information and communication technologies.
