Engie Darwish has a diverse work experience history. Engie started their professional career as a Science Entertainer at the Abu Dhabi Technology Development Committee in 2016. Later that year, they worked as a Public Relations Officer at Livent. In 2017, Engie joined Vodafone as a Customer Care Agent, where they excelled and earned the title of "Queen of Customer Obsession." Engie then transitioned to teaching English at Notcourses and the Egyptian American Center in 2018. In 2019, Engie became a Telesales Agent at Vodafone Business, making cold calls to British customers. During the same year, they founded their own brand, Ero, focused on recycling paper into eco-friendly furniture and managing social media. Engie briefly worked as a Virtual Assistant at Virtual Worker Now before becoming an Executive Assistant to the CEO at SOKNA in 2021. Engie handled various responsibilities, such as managing calendars and contracts, and acted as a point of contact for executives, employees, and clients. Engie currently holds the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO at Robusta Studio since 2022.

Engie Darwish completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Major Physical Oceanography from Alexandria University, starting in 2016 and graduating in 2021. Prior to that, Engie obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Mathematics from A.E.L.S. between 2009 and 2012. In 2020 and 2021, Engie pursued a Nano degree in Marketing from Udacity.
