Utkarsh Barasia

Utkarsh Barasia currently serves as the Group Chief Financial & Product Officer at Kulu, where the focus lies on promoting financial inclusion and equity through product and commercial strategy leadership since February 2023. Simultaneously, Utkarsh holds the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Robustrade DMCC since October 2018. Previous experience includes significant roles at KPMG as a Manager and Senior Executive, and as a Senior Associate at BDO UAE, primarily providing assurance services with a strong emphasis on IFRS, financial analysis, budgeting, and business analysis. Utkarsh began a professional journey as a Trainee at PwC, gaining expertise in various accounting standards. Educational qualifications include Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary designations from relevant prestigious institutes, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Calcutta University.
