Colin Brown

Colin Brown currently serves as Chief of Staff and Legal Counsel to the CEO's Office at Roc Nation since July 2023. Previously, Colin was the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at The Parent Company from October 2020 to July 2023. Colin has also held various roles including Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Legal at Tilray, and worked as an Associate in Capital Markets/M&A at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Colin's background also includes serving as a Board of Directors Nominee and Advisor at ROSE LifeScience Inc. which was acquired by Village Farms International Inc. in November 2021, as well as coaching experience in the Ontario Hockey League. Colin holds a Juris Doctorate/Master of Business Administration from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies in Aviation from Western University.
