Ian Leaver

Ian Leaver has extensive experience in various roles within the technology and management consulting industry.

Ian is currently working at Roc Technologies as the Head of Automation since April 2021, where they are responsible for implementing automation solutions.

Prior to Roc Technologies, Ian worked at Mott MacDonald from 2012 to 2019. During their time there, they held multiple roles, including Practice Lead and Associate Director. Ian led a team in developing business applications using agile approaches and low-code software development platforms. Ian also served as a Project Director and Change Director for various projects, including the AMW Consortium's work on the ITER project.

Before Mott MacDonald, Ian worked at the Valuation Office Agency as the Head of Design from 2011 to 2012. Ian played a key role in process re-engineering and transformation design.

Ian also had experience working at Forward Look Ltd as a Director, UK Parliament as a Management Consultant, Logica in Business Development, and HMRC UK Border Agency in Business Implementation.

Their early career includes roles at Detica in Process Management Consulting, HMRC as a Project Manager, and Capgemini as a Senior Relationship Manager. At Capgemini, they were involved in the Aspire project, managing the relationship between HMRC and the IT service providers.

Ian Leaver holds a BSc degree in Professional Development from the University of Surrey. In 2018, they obtained the AgilePM® Practitioner certification from APMG International. Furthermore, in March 2022, they achieved the Chartered Information Technology Professional (CITP) certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
