Tina Carney

Tina Carney currently serves as the Student Success Project Coordinator at Education Success Foundation, focusing on improving educational outcomes for children with the involvement of parents. In addition to this role, Tina is a Program Assistant at Greater Rochester Parent Leadership Training Institute, where efforts are directed towards increasing teacher diversity in Monroe County, NY. Tina also holds the position of Parent Family Partner at ROC the Future Alliance, advocating for systemic changes that enhance cradle-to-career outcomes. As a Co-Leader of Dyslexia Allies of WNY, Tina works to connect families with resources and support for dyslexia advocacy in New York State. Previous experience includes roles as Development Manager at Northlight Theatre and various positions at Metropolis Performing Arts Centre, ranging from Educator to Director of a Performing Arts Camp. Tina completed Parent Leadership and Civic Engagement training at Greater Rochester Parent Leadership Training Institute and holds a degree from St. Bonaventure University.
