Prior to this, Melissa served as an Originator - VP at Haus Lending and as a Senior Development Officer and Portfolio Manager at Walnut Street Finance. With a background in business development and operations management, Melissa has successfully provided financing for various real estate projects and has a proven track record of excellence in the industry. Additionally, Melissa has experience in strategic marketing and communications campaigns, overseeing staff and budgets for government and corporate clients. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from North Carolina State University.
