Abhishek Mazumdar

Director- Sales, Marketing, Business Dev; Roca And Luxury Brands, Also International Sales at Roca Bathroom Products Private Limited

Abhishek Mazumdar has had extensive work experience in the bathroom products industry. Abhishek began their career at Parryware, where they worked as a Management trainee in Logistics and later became a Sourcing Manager, responsible for vendor development for faucets. Abhishek then joined Roca Bathroom Products Pvt Ltd, where they held various roles over the years. Abhishek first served as a Commercial Manager, overseeing purchase, stores management, logistics, and production planning. Abhishek played a vital role in stabilizing operations at a greenfield factory and implemented a shop floor control software. Abhishek then moved on to become the Head of Supply Chain, where they managed central planning, warehousing, and freight management. Abhishek led a team of around 400 people and 13 direct reports. Abhishek further expanded their responsibilities to include After Sales Service and Support, E-Commerce, and Sales of Spares. Abhishek was also the Head of Sales for Johnson Pedder brand and handled Export Sales and Customer Care for all brands. Currently, Abhishek is the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for Parryware Pipes & Fittings at Roca India (RBPPL).

Abhishek Mazumdar's education history begins with their high school education at Loyola School in Jamshedpur, which they completed from 1984 to 1997. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Production and Industrial Engineering from BIT, Sindri, between 1997 and 2001. Abhishek then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, which they completed before 2003. Finally, they participated in an Executive Leadership Program in association with U21 Global, Singapore, at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2007 to 2008.
