Bhaskar Panabaka

Bhaskar Panabaka has a diverse work experience in the ceramics industry. Bhaskar is currently working as the Production Head at Roca India (RBPPL), where they oversee the entire production process and ensures the company's core values are upheld.

Prior to their current role, Bhaskar worked as a Technical Manager at Roca India, where they revamped laboratory activities and conducted process control and testing of raw materials. Bhaskar also communicated and rectified problems with raw materials consignment to the purchasing department.

Before joining Roca India, Bhaskar worked at Imerys Ceramics for several years in various roles and responsibilities. Bhaskar served as a Deputy Manager - Technical, providing technical support to manufacturers and facilitating the introduction of products. Bhaskar also worked as an Assistant Manager Technical support, where they liaised with colleagues outside India and improved lab methods and equipment. Bhaskar's earlier roles at Imerys Ceramics included Senior Executive (Quality Control) and Quality Control Executive, where they focused on planning, quality implementation, meeting production targets, and resolving customer complaints.

Bhaskar's earlier experience includes working at Jaquar & Company Private Limited as a Research Development Team Lead. In this role, they managed incoming clays, generated references for critical area castables in the cement industry, and nurtured customer relationships.

Bhaskar Panabaka pursued their education at the Government Institute of Ceramic Technology from 2006 to 2009. During this period, they obtained a degree in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University. In terms of additional certifications, Bhaskar Panabaka obtained the "Serious Seven" and "Serious Seven learning path" certifications in November 2018, but the institution granting these certifications is unknown. Bhaskar also obtained a "Yellow belt - Operational Excellence" certification from Imerys in December 2017.
