Karthikeyan D

Karthikeyan D has extensive experience in industrial engineering and productivity. Karthikeyan is currently serving as the Roca Business All India Head-Industrial Engineering at Roca India (RBPPL), where they are responsible for overseeing the IE Departments in 10 factories. Karthikeyan'sroles involve achieving headcount reduction, process improvements, plant efficiency improvement, worldwide benchmarking, union negotiations, handling legal cases, coordinating with plant heads, driving employee incentive systems, and implementing lean systems. Prior to this, Karthikeyan held the role of Senior Manager Industrial Engineering at Roca Sanitario, S.A. from 2006 to 2023. Karthikeyan also worked at Larsen & Toubro Limited and Indo-US MIM Tec Pvt.Ltd. in productivity roles.

Karthikeyan D began their education in 1997 at Tamilnadu Technical Board, Krishnagiri Govt Polytechnic, where they pursued a DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) degree until 2000. Karthikeyan then attended the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering in Mumbai from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business at Alagappa University.

In addition to their formal education, Karthikeyan D obtained various certifications. Karthikeyan received the "Black Belt Six Sigma" certification from IACT- New Delhi- India in June 2011. Furthermore, they obtained the "Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Intermediate (Estimated)" certification multiple times from Duolingo in September 2016.
