Adrian Major possesses extensive experience in community safety and program management, currently serving as Site Wide Manager at Roca, Inc. since February 2016, where critical street and safety information related to local gang activity is monitored and communicated effectively. As Founder of Dreamcatcher Initiative Inc., Adrian leads organizational operations and develops robust inventory and accounting procedures. Previous roles include Constable for Suffolk County, where Adrian enforced laws and delivered court summons; Violence Interrupter for the City of Boston, focused on conflict mediation in at-risk communities; Assistant Director at ELLIOT COMMUNITY HUMAN SERVICES, overseeing programmatic operations and staff development; and Direct Care Supervisor at The Home for Little Wanderers, responsible for supervising care counselors and enhancing children's therapeutic programs.
