Emily Fish has extensive experience in youth services and community engagement, currently serving as the Assistant Director at Roca, Inc. since October 2014, where supervision of a team focuses on providing case management for high-risk young men aged 17 to 24. Prior to this role, Emily was a Youth Worker at Roca, dedicated to helping court-involved and gang-affiliated youth, and served as the Family Services Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston, managing application processes and the "Sweat Equity" program. Early career experiences include an internship at Bridge Over Troubled Waters and roles as a Prep-Cook and Cooking Instructor aimed at promoting healthy eating among at-risk youth. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wesleyan University and a high school diploma from The Winsor School.
