Sara Roper is the current Director of Operations for Young Mothers at Roca, Inc. Prior to their current position, they served as the Assistant Director of Learning and Development from October 2021 to November 2022. From April 2018 to October 2021, they were a Program Manager at Roca, Inc. From February 2014 to April 2018, they were the Transitional Employment Coordinator and from June 2012 to February 2014, they were a Crew Supervisor. Prior to that, they served as a Case Manager from January 2012 to July 2012. Sara has been with Roca, Inc. since 2012 and has held various positions within the organization.
Sara Roper completed a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Bay Path University.
