Carlos Segura

Carlos Segura is an experienced professional in the wellness product development and management sector, currently serving as the Technical Manager at Roca Polska since October 2009. In this role, Carlos is responsible for overseeing the Roca Group Wellness Product Development and Production Center in Poland, focusing on strategic planning, opportunity identification, and customer account management. Previously, Carlos held the position of Deputy Managing Director at Roca Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., where responsibilities extended across all functional areas of the subsidiary with a focus on organizational restructuring for efficiency improvement. Additionally, Carlos served as Plant Manager at Roca Sanitaryware (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., leading the start-up of a new acrylic factory and developing wellness products for the Asian market. Carlos holds an MBA from ESMT Berlin and an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
