With decades of experience in management and marketing, Carolyn focuses on building entrepreneurial teams for nonprofit organizations. She excels at helping nonprofit CEOs and heads of HR rethink the way they recruit staff into large, quick-moving, culturally diverse teams. Her expertise spans the fields of social justice, youth leadership, mental health, active aging, and paratransit services.

Carolyn began her career in public policy at Edelman PR in Washington, D.C., and spent seven years leading marketing for a nonprofit internet privacy advocacy group, managing the organization’s transition to a $30 million for-profit company. She holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA from George Washington University.
