Lapo Scarlatti

Lapo Scarlatti is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management within the hospitality sector. Since December 2018, Lapo has served as the Regional HR & Recruitment Manager for Rocco Forte Hotels in Italy, overseeing recruitment processes and internships for multiple prestigious properties including The Carlton and Rocco Forte House in Milan, Hotel Savoy in Florence, and several others. Prior to this role, Lapo worked as a Regional HR & Recruitment Coordinator at Rocco Forte Hotels and as a Regional Human Resources Generalist at Belmond. Lapo's early career also includes experience in sports as a Match Analyst and Accompagnatore for ACF Fiorentina. Lapo holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Legal Services from Università degli Studi di Firenze and a Scientific Diploma from Liceo Scientifico "Leonardo da Vinci."
