Jose Delgado is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant operations. Currently serving as a sous chef at Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bars since February 2017 and at Caffe Martier since January 2016, Jose has developed strong leadership and culinary skills.
