Jose Delgado

Jose Delgado is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant operations. Currently serving as a sous chef at Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bars since February 2017 and at Caffe Martier since January 2016, Jose has developed strong leadership and culinary skills. Prior experience includes a position as a line cook at Grand Lux Cafe from February 2011 and a key hourly manager role at Zinburger Wine and Burger Bar from September 2014 to October 2015. Jose holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Instituto de Banca y Comercio Inc, completed between 2006 and 2008.
