Peter Vittas

Peter Vittas has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Peter started their career in 1998 as a General Manager at Gatsby's Florida and held that position until 2007. In 2009, they joined YOLO Restaurant and Lounge as a Beverage Operations Manager, staying until 2010. Peter then moved to Roccos Tacos and Tequila Bar in 2010 as a General Manager. Peter later became the Director of Operations at Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bars in September 2015.
