Chau Nguyen Minh

Chau Nguyen Minh has a diverse work experience, primarily in the manufacturing industry. They most recently worked as a Plant Director at Rochdale Spears Group starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Industrial Engineering & Lean Sr. Manager, Coach at Bosch Vietnam Co., Ltd from October 2016 to November 2019. They also worked as a Bosch Production System Project Leader at Robert Bosch LLC USA for a brief period in April to July 2016. Before that, they were a Project Manager at Bosch Transmission Technology B.V. from June 2013 to February 2016. Chau's earlier experience includes working as a Maintenance Manager at Bosch Vietnam Co., Ltd from April 2008 to June 2013.

Chau Nguyen Minh holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The HCM University Technical and Education, completed in the years 1995-2000. Chau also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University in the years 2008-2009. Chau's education also includes several certifications and professional development courses, such as Lean Kaizen Expert Level 2 from the Bosch Training Center in Germany in 2015-2016, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Management Institute in 2020, and Certified Coaching Mentoring Professional from ITD World in 2019. Chau is currently pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and an ACC certification in Coaching from the International Coaching Federation.
