Thanh Giang Doan

Thanh Giang Doan is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in both the hospitality and maritime sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Rochdale Spears Group since July 2019, Thanh Giang leads a team of five in managing over 20 high-end projects while facilitating communication between international sales and production. Previously, Thanh Giang held senior project management responsibilities at Vuot Song Maritime, overseeing shipbuilding projects and coordinating various departments. Additionally, Thanh Giang served as a Business Development Manager at Vuot Song Maritime and as a Key Account Manager at VSTV, where leadership and relationship management skills were honed. Thanh Giang holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Institut Superieur de Gestion, earned between 2003 and 2006.
