Erica Cooper is an experienced professional in the hospitality and tourism management sector. Currently serving as Maitre'd at Roche Harbor Resort since May 2018, Erica also holds the position of Assistant Dining Room Manager at Deer Valley Resort and Xanterra since November and May 2017, respectively. Prior experience includes a role as Food and Beverage Intern at High Hampton Inn and Country Club and a Student Assistant at Robert Morris University Residence Life. Erica began the career journey as a Sandwich Artist at Subway in 2011, complemented by internships and assistant roles throughout education at Robert Morris University, from which Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management in 2017.
