Adria Harris

Adria Harris currently serves as the Head of People and Culture for both Roche Diagnostics North America and Roche Information Solutions, a position held since January 2017, and previously held the role of HR Director alongside serving as Programme Manager for ThePeopleProject. Prior to joining Roche, Adria Harris worked at Genentech for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included Associate Director of HR, Senior HR Manager, and Principal Strategic Planner, among other roles. Earlier experience at Genentech involved various positions in manufacturing, starting as a Technician and advancing to Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager. Adria Harris holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology from the University of Montana.
