Adrienne Ekopf serves as the Head of Labor Relations at Roche since June 2018, accountable for labor relations and labor law across Germany for approximately 17,000 employees, while also holding disciplinary leadership as a Senior People Leader and being part of Roche Diagnostics' HR management team.
